Another Day down...

Take Heart Conservatives, remember that each day brings us closer to the end of the Obama Administration.

I predict that Barack Obama will be a one-term president. I base that on a lot more than just because he's the re-incarnation of the Carter Administration. He has history working against him as well. The fact is that our country is nearly 233 years old and the last three Presidents who served two terms consecutively were Thomas Jefferson, James Madison and James Monroe. That's right folks, the last time there were three 2-term presidents in a row was 1801-1825, nearly 200 years ago.

That's not an end all by any means...he's already broken another historical Presidential record.

What will truely doom him is the same force that delivered him into office. The Economy. It's easy to convince people that the economy sucks when it's great. It's done by creating the impression in people's minds that while their situation may be ok, everyone else is suffering. We saw that successfully done by the media and Democrats these last eight years.

It's a completely different animal to convince people that a sucky economy is great. Class warfare has ensured that "You may be suffering but everyone else is improving..." will not be a winning argument.

After the last two years of hearing Obama promise that he'll fix it instantly, his golden tongue will not be able to save him when he fails to deliver and he will fail. Obama's policies will not fix the economy. It will in fact make it worse. And people vote their pocketbooks.

One caveat...it does matter whom his 2012 opponent is however. If the Republicans run another Democrat-lite like McCain was or a token opposition like Dole, then Obama will break another historical record. Hopefully though after they take another thrashing in the 2010 midterms the GOP leadership will finally get it through their thick skulls that Bi-partisanship in Washington is defined as: Liberals win, Conservatives lose.

Tarnished? Vindicated is more like it.

So listening to the radio on my drive to work this morning, I hear the teaser for the top hour ABC news report. The reporter says, "Bush's surprise trip to Iraq tarnished." Of course he's referring to the "Shoe Incident" during Bush's trip. For those who haven't heard the liberal media gleefully report about this yet, basically what happened is a journalist, undoubtedly Keith Ubermoron's Iraqi counterpart, awash in BDS flung not one but both his shoes at President Bush during a press conference. Since seeing is believing:

Now, a blogger I read describes what happened to the man after this incident. Apparently, the man and his family were arrested, his wife raped in front of him and then the entire family was thrown screaming into a wood chipper.

Oops, (and further stealing from the same blogger) that's what would have happened to him had he tried something like that if Saddam Hussein was still in power instead of being a stinking, rotting corpse. But thanks to the American military and its Commander in Chief George W. Bush, he has the freedom of speech to make a total sphincter of himself.

In my mind, there is no better vindication of the liberation of Iraq. Freedom has been brought to the people of Iraq though Bush's resolve, even the freedom to be an ingrate.

Bush, as is normal for him being the (to a fault) gracious and kind-hearted man that he is, waved it off. Said something like, "All I can report is it is a size 10."

What you also probably haven't heard is that immediately after the ingrate was hauled out multiple other Iraqi journalists stood up to apologize to the President.

I'm sure everyone would prefer that it hadn't happened, no one likes a heckler, but the fact that he was even able to heckle vindicates the entire thing.

Re: Updated

In my case it's because there hasn't been anything news worthy that I considered worth an entry. Though I'll have to see how the Blago case goes

Updated after too long.

So no one is updating, don't know why, maybe no one wants to bother to try to make this place active. Well, if we want it to go anywhere, we have to promote it. So, if you read this site or write for it, please promote. Otherwise this place might as well not exist.

Anyway. We will have more to talk about when Barack Obama becomes president. But that doesn't mean there is nothing to write about now. Zimbabwe is in crisis, and no one in the USA is doing anything. Bush, our sad sad, lame duck president who brings a disgrace to the name Republican *puts up flame shield*, is pushing through every last executive order he can, and entrenching as many of his people in civil service jobs as possible. India was attacked by some sort of terrorists, two wars are still going on. Obama is putting together a disaster of a cabinet. In other words, he is loading it up mainly with people who disagree with his own message. How we intends to change things this way, I'm not sure. He says he will make the final decision but when you surround yourself with strong willed people who disagree with you it might be hard not to be wholly influenced by them. Makes you wonder if it is actually going to be change, or Bill Clinton's third term. And somehow, even considering all this... we don't have anything to write about???

Recently, Jon Stewart compared Sean Hannity to Keith Olbermann. The liberals, of course, cried foul. "But Keith Olbermann is fair and objective", how dare you compare him to that "horrible hate monger Sean Hannity". This simply highlights how hypocritical so many liberals are. They consider themselves so smart for seeing the bias of Hannity and O'Reilly a mile away, but when it comes to people like, Maddows and Olbermann who are the liberal doppelgangers of Hannity/O'Reilly respectively, it shows that they can't see the forest for the trees. They only consider something objective if it agrees with their values, and consider anything subjective if it doesn't agree with their values. In other words, they need to look in the mirror and realize what hypocrites they are. And yes I am speaking in generalities, but anyone who seriously thinks that I am talking about every single liberal, or has not seen the hypocritical disagreement these people have with Jon Stewart is not even fooling themselves. Wake up morons.

Also, in the news recently, apparently South Africa might finally get off it's collective ass and do something about Robert Mugabe's tyrannical regime government. The inflation in Zimbabwe has reached the level of 2.3 million percent, though some outside economists reckon it is somewhere around the level of 4 quadrillion, which last I knew wasn't even a number. If your inflation is so bad that people have to make up numbers to estimate it, your economic stewardship is probably not the best course for bringing your country out of crisis. And while Mugabe may try to blame others for his failure, he is the "president for life" and has ruled ever since he bravely saved the country from the evil Europeans and gave the land to his cronies the much deserving native people of Zimbabwe. Thabo Mbeki (if you don't know who he is go look it up) enabled Mugabe. Now that Mbeki is gone perhaps South Africa will actually do something, at this point, with the Zimbabwean military going on rampages through the street and inflation so high one would probably need a uhaul to carry the money necessary to buy a loaf of bread, the only reasonable option is probably to invade, and pretty much start things over, because lets face it, at this point the only thing that's going to save Zimbabwe is drastic action. And leaving the man in power responsible for this mess is at best, only going to make things work. Get a clue South Africa, invade, it's not like they have the resources to stop you, the world, and the Zimbabwean people will thank you for it.

Meet Joe Dirt

This is the exchange that started it all...

Multiple interviews followed...

So what did this event demonstrate? It ripped the mask off of Obama's socialism. It revealed him to be the ultra-left socialist that many knew him to be. More than that, it revealed to the great unwashed middle, those who think American Idol is more important than who runs the free country and just recently began to pay attention just who Obama really is.

How dare a private citizen question the Obamessiah! How dare an American citizen exercise his free speech and question a politician about his policies!

So, twenty-four hours later we know that "Joe the Plumber" is really named Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher, he goes by his middle name. Big deal, so does my Bro-in-law. I've thought about doing it myself. So what if his real name is Samuel? Barack's real name includes Hussein.

We know he's 34, he's been divorced, he owes back taxes (so does Obama's treasury advisor). We know he once lived in Alaska. We know he may tangentally be related to a relative of Charles Keating of the Keating 5 scandal. (Quick sidenote, McCain was exonerated in that and as the sole Republican charged, left in the ethics complaint in order to give it a bipartisan spin) Does that really matter? Not to me...

We know Joe doesn't hold an actual plumbing license. We know that the local Obama-supporting Union says he doesn't have a license...then again, neither does the union offical, Mr. Joseph. Now Joe says, "He doesn't need one." A quick read of the Ohio Dept. of Commerce License req page would seem to agree.

Division of Industrial Compliance, issues state commercial licenses to the following contractors: electrical, HVAC, hydronics, plumbing, and refrigeration. To receive a state license, an applicant must meet the following requirements: 1) be at least 18 years of age; 2) be a United States citizen or a legal alien-must provide proof of being a legal alien; 3) either have been a tradesperson in the type of licensed trade for which the application is filed for not less than five years immediately prior to the date the application is filed, currently be a registered engineer in this state with three years of business experience in the construction industry in the trade for which the engineer is applying to take the examination, or have other experience acceptable to the appropriate section of the board;

From the union article: Wurzelbacher registered as an apprentice with the Ohio State Apprenticeship Council in November 2003, according to Dennis Evans, spokesman with the Department of Job and Family Services...so he's a month short of the required five years to even get his license. Not to mention, in any trade unlicensed people work for licensed ones all the time. When I worked in New York City as a suspended scaffolding rigger, I didn't have a license. I had a permit to work under a licensed Master Rigger. Now if I can work without a license in NYC, the Liberal Mecca of the Eastern seaboard, in a trade where people's lives literally hang on my work, I think that someone who unblocks a toilet can work under someone else's license in Ohio.

This issue isn't who Joe the Plumber is, it's what Obama said. And the Messiah and his cultists know it. That's why Joe must BECOME the issue and must be destroyed!

Claims exist that Joe was a Republican plant. One problem with that, Obama came to Joe's neighborhood, Obama came up to Joe to shake his hand, answer his question. Unless the McCain campaign has plants lined up at every intersection that Obama is touring, the only way Joe's a plant is magic of Rovian proportions. Karl Rove, you magnificent bastard!

Even if Joe was a plant, SO FREAKIN' WHAT?!

Remember this?

I'm sure you do. George Allen's campaign nosedived after this. And the object of his statement was a Democrat plant. The videotaker wasn't the issue, the issue was what Allen said!

Likewise, Joe is not the issue, what Obama said is the issue. "Spread the wealth around" Wealth redistribution. Marxist Socialism at its finest.

Take note America, this is a preview of what is coming. Challenge the Lord Messiah, Barack Obama and you will pay the price.

Every secret, every skeleton, every dirty joke you ever told will be exposed. You will be declared a racist, your livelyhood will be taken.

You...Will...Be...Destroyed.

What do you expect from a Chicago thug-itician?

Joe, I'm sorry for the sithstorm you're going through right now. You wounded the Messiah, that cannot be allowed to stand.

America, meet Joe Dirt.

Update: McCain's defending Joe. This needs to go into an ad and pronto...

The Messiah: Obama, Obama!

Morning, everyone.

I'm an avid fan of Glenn Beck, who I find immensely amusing and fun to watch. Last night, he released this new video, with a familiar tone to it. Anyone here remember Soviet Russia? Sadly, I'm sure we all do. Well, this video combines the ideals of Soviet Russia and the ideals of the Socialist better known as Obama.

While this video is a joke, created by the brilliant minds at Glenn Beck’s studio, it does put some prospective into what we may be facing with an Obama Presidency:

While you all watch that, I’ll go weep in the corner at the idea of what America is facing. The Russian subtitles might be a bit much, but they serve a point.

Enjoy the video, Comrades.

Barack Obama: "The Great Uniter"

So we have all heard the constant rhetoric from Obama and his supporters, mainly concerning his supposed ability to unite the nation and bring us all together. In fact it was this rhetoric that first got him national attention at the democratic convention in 2004. He talked about how their is no red America, no Blue America, there is only the United States of America. He goes on regularly to explain how there is no Asian America, no Black America, no White America, no Hispanic America, there is only the United States of America. He talks about how he will reach across the aisle, and bring together people of all ideologies, all walks of life. He talks about how he will bring together people of all races and cultures and unite the country.

But what reason do we have to believe any of this? Barack Obama was the 16th most liberal in 2005, the 10th most liberal in 2006 and the most liberal senator in the entire senate in 2007. Most of 2008 he has spent campaigning. When called out for this by John McCain, Obama asserted that he was bipartisan because he had once worked with Tom Coburn. The problem with this statement is that they bill Obama worked on was so completely non-controversial it can hardly be considered reaching across the aisle. Obama also worked on Nuclear safety with various people from both parties, once again, not controversial at all. That can hardly be considered bipartisan. He spends all of his time on the stump, blaming every single problem in the country on the Republicans, and saying any Republican in office would be four more years of the same disaster; of course he conveniently leaves out the fact that the current congress has approval ratings worse than George W. Bush and is led by the democrats. At his convention his speakers, his running mate especially, spent most of their time blaming every single problem in the country on the Republicans and George W. Bush especially. This is the man whom we are supposed to believe will united the country and reach across the aisle to the other side.

Congressional approval ratings are by some estimate 10%, which is just plain pathetic. Most democrats don't even approve of the current congress, and they have majority control. Yet Obama and his supporters are blaming everything on the Republicans, and we are supposed to believe that Obama is going to unite the country. We are supposed to believe that a man who pals around with William Ayers of the Weather Underground, the radical black liberation theology pastor Reverend Jeremiah Wright (who is known for saying "God damn America"), and Louis Farrakhan, a white hating man who the Jewish people once dubbed as "Black Hitler", is going to unite the country together as one and reach across the aisle to work with Republicans and people from all walks of life? Why in the world would we have any reason to believe such nonsense? Not only is there no evidence that Obama is a bipartisan uniter, there is evidence against him being a bipartisan uniter.

Don't get me wrong, it would be great if we could have a president who was truly a bipartisan uniter. Perhaps one who has a record of working with people on the other side. A record of looking for endorsements even of people he disagrees with knowing that they all share a common goal. A man who helped sponsor legislation that made his own party very angry with him because he thought it needed to be done and would not be a coward for the sake of political gain. A man who has worked on immigration reform that he caught a lot of flack for because he thought it was the right thing to do. Perhaps a man who has worked with some of the most liberal people on the other side of the aisle, including Senator Edward M. Kennedy, the "lion of the senate". A man who truly cares about this country and knows we are the greatest country on earth. A man who has fought and suffered for everyone in this country whether they be White, Black, Asian, Hispanic, Republican, Democrat, male or female. A man who has always put his country first and partisanship last, who has done what is right for the country and not right for his political gain. If you, like me, would like to have a man like this in the White House, then you don't have far to look. I am speaking of course, of Senator John McCain.
